Texas may be the most interesting of this year’s Senate contests, with competitive primaries on both sides and potential for an upset in November. We thought it would therefore be interesting to do a deeper dive on the primary electorate and see how voters in Texas view their options.
Our survey shows Gina Ortiz Jones leading Rolando Pablos in the race for mayor 50%-41%. However, there are clear signs in the data that Ortiz Jones’ position could be weaker than that.
